Put on socks, then put on your new shoes and wear them around the house for as long as you can stand before the weekend. When walking put the heel down, then the toe, but try to keep most of your weight on the ball of the foot. The main thing, especially at a wedding, is to not be in a hurry. Just walk slowly, look straight ahead, and imagine yourself as a graceful and elegant woman!

If you have a lot of pairs of heels, start with the lowest heel today and walk around all day in them, tomorrow, walk in heels slightly larger than the ones from today and walk around in them all day. Do this until Saturday and make sure you get to the heels you'll be wearing Saturday on Friday.
If that made any sense =P

Just put them on when ever your home get used to walking in them start out with like 15 mintues then take them off 15...then go 20 take them off 15 and keep going maybe get to have them on an hour and off for 10 minutes.
Just remember you have wear them during the ceremony and then in the car you can slip them off and then at the reception and slip them off under the table and some ladies when they start dancing take them off anyways so you should be all set...you might just need a couple of solid hours on them good luck

Wear them in familiar places and then take a walk around the block. Make sure you're keeping your back straight and make sure you go up and down some small inclines, like a sloped driveway. Don't overdo it--otherwise your feet will get sore.

yes, just practice. You're used to walking fast, in comfortable shoes. Force yourself to slow down, take smaller steps, don't be afraid to move your hips; it will make the walking easier.
