Yes! It is a great stress reliever for me. I to get frustrated but I put the book down and then come back to it and for some reason the answer was there all along. This also, helps you use the left and right side of your brain and I am all for using my mind to keep from getting memory loss later in life.

I'm Addicted to Sudoku. I always find myself doing a puzzle instead of working, and I figure out new ways to get the answers the more I do puzzles. I have tons of books and an electronic game.

Love it. I have a lot of Sudoku books and an electronic game. My little ones play it too. So they can't play it right because they don't understand yet but who cares. They know their numbers. LOL
