What is right is you keep your boss happy and that you keep your job. Soon enough someone (hopefully someone higher up than him) will catch on what he's doing wrong. Remember: its not who's right or wrong, its who gets the last laugh :-)) Best revenge is massive success!

1. Tell him he is perfectly right.
2. Tell him you have a suggestion which may come close to being right.
3. If he shows interest, explain your 'right thing'.
4. Change your notion that your boss is always wrong. May be you are wrong yourself. Nobody reaches the top always being wrong.

You certainly have quite a bit of resentment. If you disagree with one of his decisions I would make sure you are in control of your emotions so that resentment doesn't show, and then communicate with him why your idea is better.
Bosses aren't usually unreasonble, they really want to do a good job,so if your idea is a good idea they will most likely go through with it.

you dont unless you want to end up fired, except on the grounds that its going to hurt you directly. like its your report and you know its all wrong. We all have a reputaion you know, and you have the constitutional right to protect you job. Otherwise keep your mouth shut.
