As you approach the speed of light, your mass increases. When you reach the speed of light, your mass will be infinately great making it impossible to accellarate further. So no, we cannot break the speed of light.
In addition, even if we did, we would not go back in time. The faster we go, the slower time passes so effectively you "move forward in time" (i.e. you age slower).

Einstienian physics would say its impossible. I think this is probably true but never underestimate the ingenuity of the human race. I suspect that eventually we will devise a way of sidestepping normal space through the use of wormholes.
An example would be to take a sheet of A4 paper put two dots one each end (representing two points in space unimaginably far apart). We could travel from the first point to the second in a straight line, which at the speed of light (or just below it) would take well, pretty much forever. But if we fold the paper in half so that the dots were now back to back and punched a hole through the paper we can effectively 'cheat' and make the journey without travelling in a straight line.
All of this is of course is total fantasy at the moment but dreams (or indeed nightmares) have a habit of coming true where technology is concerned..

I Dont Know but Weed Have To First Make A Computer That Can Run Faster Then The Speed Of Light For That Humans Cant Pick up The Speed Of Light Its Too fast ! That Way We can not Even conturl Speed of that Nature!

Actually there is nothing in physics (that I know of) that says you cannot travel faster than light, only Light speed its self is likely to be impossible. Travelling faster than light maybe a pipe dream perhaps Wormholes which may allow instantaneous travel between two points would be better!

what an interesting question.
maybe we can break the speed of light in a black hole (since light can't escape).
if we do break the light speed barrier, maybe we'll be in the 5th dimension (time).
i don't think we can ever go back in time...

according to einstein we can not attain the speed of light because the mass of the body becomes infinity . if we travel with or more than the speed of light we will be bach in time , but it is not possible!!

I order to become light one must be of pure energy, but beacuse us humans and many other items that make up our possesions are made of matter, it will be impossible, needless to say we can come close.

In theory we already can, but we have an international agreement with other nations to not build the nuclear engine that can achieve it.

It is impossible, we would desintegrate before reaching that speed.
