The ID can be trained fairly easy by reinforcment and the like, but most development lies in regulating the id rather than modifying it.

What if your a criminal sneaking across the boarder from mexico, do you have to show ID? Que Passe? I am sneaking across the river tonight with all 34 of my kids from my brood-mare pig wife. Do I need phony ID
