I wieght like 135 should i go on one because people call me fat but i see people who are like 200 lbs?

i think im 5'5 or 5'5 but its kinda short i dont wanna go on a diet i was just wondering u all thought..

girl,if you think that you should then do it.But It's gonna be hard just commit to it. I f you don't wanna go on a diet then what ever you eat ,eat half of if then Walk for a minute outside,and when the food goes down,go back inside and drink 2 glasses of water then go out side and run,do it every day,and try to eat only breakfast,and lunch.I lost 13 pounds doing this every day,Don't eat dinner because then it;s gonna get dark outside,then your going to sleep.Try to exersise like crunches,and Jumoing jacks to become healthier.Remmember,watch wat u eat,onty eat HALF!!!But I don't think your fat,it's normal their just jelause because they wan't some of that good stuff,It depends on your height like 5'5 feet or taller then your ok.That means no.Never try to change for other people's oppinions only 4 yours but never do anthing that will make you chnge of who you are.I don't think your fat remmember,never change 4 nobodyelese but yourself!!! Take good good care alright girl.

NO way do not go on a diet. Diets are scary anyway, people are only saying that your fat because they mean and jealous people who don't have a life. Your also no fat 135 is not fat.
If you still want to get skinnyer though you can go for a jog every morning and eat vegies and helthy food. Don't forget to treat your self once in a while with chocolate or something but not all the time. But you really shouldn't go on a diet.

You don't say anything about your height or age here, and also if u are happy with your body. But 135 wouldn't be considered very overweight generally.
Whats important is that you are following a healthy lifestyle and that you are happy with your body regardless of what others say.
If there are areas in your diet that you could improve on (like cutting out junk food, sugary drinks, late night snacking) then just do that for now, and you will probably find that your weight will balance out by itself.

I dont think you are fat. But you may just want to
go on a diet for nutritional purposes. I am in the nutrition
field and by far the most nutritionally sound diet , is
the Weston Price Diet, or rather the Primitive Diet...no
I dont mean atkins, this diet has all natural foods, no cutting
calories , no points, no cutting nothing. Basically it is an

You shouldn't have to diet for other people. For the guys who wrote and said yes then they need their heads checked. If you believe you are fit, eat well, and exercise regularly then you should be fine. Its summer take advantage of the great weather and go for a bike ride, walk or swim its more fun than the gym. Also eat lots of fresh veggies and fruit while they are in season. Just be reasonable about it all. Good luck!

you will not gain anything by starving yourself .what is more important is to take proper diet which should be fat free and taken in small amounts in small intervals.you should keep a check on your calorie intake.take more of fibres and fruits and 9-10glasses of water.if you will skip meals you will end up eating more in your next meal which will be more of junk and less of nutrition.sphere some time for exercising.believe me you will not only loose weight but will have a sparkling glow on your face. all you need is self determination and lots of patience.all the best

Well it all depends on how tall you are if you are 5"5 or taller then 135 is almost a perfect weight but it also depends on where your weight is if you are tiny everywhere except your stomach then try exercises that works your abs;)

What's your height anyway? It will depend on your height and your body proportion. If you feel too damn bad about it, give it a try but make sure you do it the proper way. If that's the only way for you to feel confident of yourself, go for it. If you decide not to, i advice you to see the beauty in you and don't mind all those insecure people calling you fat.

It all depends on how tall you are. If you are, say, 5'3" tall, then yes, you need to go on a diet FAST. If you are 5'10" tall, then 135 is probably borderline, but if you could maintain that weight, you would be ok in my book.

Are you happy with yourself? Ppl will only call you names to make themselves feel better. If you feel that you should lose weight then go ahead do it just be careful. Who cares what others think as long as your happy honestly I don't think that you should go on a diet ppl are just ignorant and you'll learn that alot thru out your life time!
