What is the best way to plan a wedding between a Taiwanese man (eldest son) and an American women?

My fiancee is Taiwanese and I am American... He is the eldest son and is quite traditional in a chinese sense. But I want to have a wedding mix between American weddings and a chinese wedding. Yet I am not sure how to do that. How do I plan a wedding like this, any suggestions?
