All this running will be useless if you continue to overeat.

Start cutting back on excess food, snacks, drinking 'soft' drinks.

For this weight, you should start with a slow jog and have long walks during your normal time.
There is no point in timing yourself, but if it offers encouragement, then continue.

And you must do this (running or other strenuous exercise), at least 4 times a week, for a minimum of 30-45 mins each time.

dont quite understand your question but you should try swimming..you dont have to do laps if you dont want to but walking in water should be a whole lot easier on your knees since you weight so much....plus the resistance of the water should be helpful too....hope that helps
