Why would you wear a condom while masturbating and then proceed to take it off and wipe it all over her vagina? That totally defeats the purpose of wearing a condom in the first place. Granted, you cleaned yourself off afterwards, there may still be tiny traces of semen that you cannot see with the naked eye. All it takes is 1 tiny sperm to get a women pregnant, not very common but still totally plausible, not worth the risk unless you are ready to accept the responsibilities of being a father.

No, sperm has a very short lifespan and cannot swim very far. Sperm must be ejaculated as close to the cervix as possible in order for the sperm to survive long enough to reach an egg. It is highly unlikely one could survive a swim through the vaginal canal. Plus she would have to be mid-orgasm to even draw the sperm into the canal.
