My money would be on Bruce Lee. He was waaay ahead of his time in his knowledge of the martial arts. Not just the physical aspects, but the philosophical, emotional & spiritual aspects as well. I have read many books about his life and his philosophy and I believe that he would be the warrior to come out on top.

Bruce Lee he's just amazing it wouldn't be much of a contest. To be honest if it could ever happen I don't think Jet Li would even want to take on Bruce Lee lol

Bruce Lee made few movies but all of them were top hit. He did a Flying Kick which none has done by now.

There was a question like this and Ill answer this one just the same... Bruce because hes my man. No special effects like with the Jet lee movies and plus my man bruce got skills!! Jet fights dirty, and sloppily. Bruce can be aware of this and counter his behind!!!!

Jet Li had the benefit of better photography and special effects in his films, but I'm more than willing to bet he'd be radically intimidated by the legendary master Bruce Lee.
In terms of fighting styles, In a battle pitting a master of the formless Jeet Kune Do (BL) verses a master of the form-dependant Kung-Fu inspired Wushu (JL), I think that the Jeet Kune Do master (in principle, at least, as BL never really got the chance to develop JKD as he might have liked before his death) has the greater advantage.

Since they're from two different generations, I'll have to go with Bruce Lee cuz' he's an original and besides, I think he'll be able to draw it from his heart/spirit to find a way to defeat Jet Li.
Besides I think they would be very complementary of each other and they wouldn't fight each other out of admiration and respect of each other.
