Want to copy favourites from internet explorer from PC to laptop for when away from home

In Internet Explorer, go to File -> Import and Export. Use the wizard to export your favorites to a file on your desktop. The file will be called bookmark.htm by default. Then simply move this file to your laptop, use the same wizard, only this time you would import from that file.

c:\\ document and settings \ username
copy fav folder to same dir on other comp.
