Just as in a city or town, there are certain customs and ways things are done. How often meetings are held, whether employees address their managers by first name or last, the dress code, etc. are examples of what comprises corporate culture.

Hi,

Since culture is determined by interactions between a community, corporate culture refers to the culture in a company.

It can determine how people work there, how they are rewarded, how they communicate etc.

Hope this helps.
