And to answer your question, I'd probably stand there in shock for a minute or two, then grab my cell and call the police. If I had time, I'd grab my camcorder and send it in to one of those Amazing Videos shows.

I would call Homeland Security and have him deported back to tequlia land and then notify Lou Dobbs. Oh and I would give the chickens to Kentucky Fried Chicken.

I'd ask him how much he wants for one of the chickens.
Then bargain for both...give him better than a fair price.
He's telling you he's so broke he can't afford any clothes and he's willing to sell his two prize laying chickens in order to survive.
