For Windows XP/2000 go to start>Settings>Control Panel> system> advanced > click the settings button under the startup and recovery heading, it should be the last section in XP > click on the drop down under "Default Operating Systems" if there is more than one listed then you have more than one Windows installation. As for why you have multiple "All Users" profiles you may have chosen to reinstall windows without formatting the hard drive, this could be a problem down the road. The only solution is to format the drive and reinstall. You have no other options. Just backup your data to a removable disc or disk and everything will be gravy from then on... well as much as Windows could be.

It's impossible to run more than one OS in the same time.
BUT it's possible to have more in your PC & right click on my computer icon/ choose properties/ select the advanced TAB/ in start up & recovery item put the setting button.

you can see the Microsoft OSes.

if you want to run more than one OS microsoft or linux os's on your pc you should use a program "VMWare"

-Maybe you install windows XP wrong

If you have two or more OS installed on your system, you'd be asked to chose the one that you want to boot your pc up with, when you power on your machine. If you don't see this option, there is only one functional OS on your machine.

when boot/on computer, hit F8 key. check if it give you the option to choose to start in different O/S.

Win 95 and 98 also bundles together with DOS O/S.
