My daughter said: "Carry an extra pad with you everyday in your backpack". I also had my girls take an extra pair of shorts and underwear to school and keep it in their locker. I also recommended that they wear a pantyliner so it stops spotting leaks when you first start your period.

why r u so scared of having your period? there's nothing to be afraid of, it can happen anytime. and so what if it happens during a test or when your doin gym? b4 it happens u might get a headache or a stomache ache but that only means that ur about to have your period soon. so when it does occur make sure you have some pads or tampons nearby. and i don't really kno a way to get over it, cuz i never had a problem with it, and mine started when i was 11. try asking your mom about some more info about this.

don't be scared! the first time i had it was in school so don't worry, signs to prevent it from happening in school is:-
1.your temperature is rising and dropping, but your not ill
2.your getting a weird stomach ache, it doesn't really hurt but just this feeling.
if that happens often, skip school for a couple of days if your so scared of getting it there, when you get it for the first time its not so much only a few drops or so, so it wont come out of your clothes, to be safe wear pantyliner if you go out, oh and if your gym teacher wants you to attend ask your mom to fill an excuse about your puberty prob, I'm sure your teacher wont mind. i got mine when i was 12 (currently 13), the worst part was it was Christmas eve and i was at a party! anyways goodluck on that!
PS:IT DOESNT HURT AT ALL, YOU WONT EVEN FEEL IT IF IT COMES!

i'm no longer a teenager yet whilst i exchange right into a teenager the teenager mom exhibits available did no longer teach the hardships of minor being pregnant.. so sure i wanted a infant with the aid of gazing them. of direction I knew it may be the dumbest element i ought to do yet there have been moments whilst i in my view needed a infant and those exhibits in basic terms helped me want them. Now the exhibits available teach the cons of being pregnant and if i exchange right into a teenager now i could be somewhat scared to desire a infant lol. look at teenager mom, Maci is bouncing lower back and forth between Ryan and he's not appearing like an quite sturdy dad, Amber is quite based on Gary and has it no longer worry-free, Farrah seems to have it worry-free.. she in basic terms is going out and has nana babysit each and all the time, and Catelynn has a dysfunctional relatives.. none of them have an worry-free street all of them have some thing happening..

If you aren't, every teacher has the supplies if you are in a class to where the teacher is a boy tell him you have an emergency go to the office and they will help you if you want your mom they will call her. Don't be scared this is the first step of becoming a woman i remembered when i first started omigosh it was weird when u get older you will start to hate it. Stay healthy and drink lot's of water it will help.

Well if you're scared of getting your period unexpectedly during class, just mark it on your calender when you get it so you'll have an idea when to expect it. If you've never had it and you're scared you will get it in a public settingjust, cary a tampon or a pad in your backpack. When you get it you'll know, and you usually don't bleed pints its only a little. Carry a sweater in your backpack so you can cover yourself if you do stain.

omfg!!!! i am on my period it doesn't hurt at all.only if you use a tampon the first time i haven't used one my older sisters have.i use pads.pads are good when first time getting it.DON'T be scared when i got my i was 11......now i'm 12.There are signs of getting it.Like cramps, not feeling well, and etc.I don't like gettin it but i know it is TOTALLY NATURAL.It can happen anywhere so have a pad or tampon in a place where you can easliy get it.When you get it tell your mom,or sister,or any family member. If you don't want them to know go to the bathroom find a pad,If there isn't one go to a store and buy some.just remember DO NOT be scared.Ask your mom when she got it maybe you will get it at that age

Puberty doesn't happen all at once when you start your period. Puberty is also developing breasts, your hips growing wider, hormones, acne, stuff like that.
If you feel like you might be starting, wear pantyliners. Carry a pad with you in your purse/locker/somewhere private.
I'm 15. I was 11 when I started. You'll be ok. :) I promise.

You will know when your period is about to arrive, you will have some mild cramps. If you are worried, wear a panty liner and carry a pad in your bag just in case. Just knowing you've got it with you will help you relax. Be cool B
