Simple.

For monitor display choose RGB gamut.
For printing purpose choose CMY gamut.

RGB format is for screen or monitor display
CMYK format is for printing purposes.
All your work shud be in CMYK format including the pics, the text and the graphics.
I wud suggest you to use Corel Draw to design a booklet rather than using Photoshop.
Photoshop is used to improving, editing, giving effects, mixing the pictures. For all other text works Corel Draw is the best.

If you plan on using a professional printing company, CMYK. Otherwise you risk the colors not looking right when they convert. Also, they will probably charge you to do this.

it depends on how the printer is set up. for a home printer, RGB, but for a printing press or something like that, CMYK.

If you are going to a traditional printer definitely CMYK.
If they are competent they could convert your RGB for you but then the results would not be as predictable

Well it depends on what kind of printer are you going to print, some printers use the GRB, so, if your printer works on rgb i recommend to use rgb.
