On dial-up it's going to be slow and choppy no matter where you go. For a quick, user friendly experience, try youtube.com (even though I hate the site with a passion, I have to admit that in your position it's probably the best solution).

It may by slow to load due to buffering but go to the music section on the yahoo homepage. I watch videos there all the time.

nicely pal if u wanna dwnld loose song video clips, then there are 2 loose softwares that could help, Limewire or BearFlix. Limewire can get you loose mp3s as nicely as song video clips while BearFlix is solely for dwnlding song video clips. bypass forward and attempt out.
