You've asked someone repeatedly to leave you alone in peace, but still, they keep pestering you, and and make your life a living hell. After you paid them for their goods, they then steal from you and try to harm you, many times over, and after several altercations back and forth....tell me, how would YOU, make that person stop their harrassment?

I see your point here, individuals and nations as a whole function on different levels and different rules of dealing with altercations with one another, so the lines become blurred which will cause many individuals to question the actions or motives as the lessons we have learned through our individual lives can not directly correlate to the actions of our people as a whole, its rather complex and a little stupid.

The first answer is the best you can do. Talk to the police then file a restraining order against whoever is harassing you. The sooner you do, the sooner he can be asked not to come anywhere near you. If he ever comes near, you can call the police and he will be arrested immediately for violating the restraining order. :)

first of all cut them off, then if they come back to steal your stuff you know and if they try to come in your house without permission or try and hurt you in your house shoot them. Only once because twice would be saying you were out of control. good luck
