I used to manage a plus size store. Usually it starts at 14. But different brands run smaller or larger. The biggest size I ever came across was 30! But most plus size retailers only go to 24\26.
1x is XL. Will fit 12-16. 2x 16-20. 3x 20-24

An XL is a 13 if it is Juniors' sized
Ladies (Misses not plus) sizes go up a bit more there an XL is the same as 16
Plus (Women's) sizes start at a 1X which is bigger than a Misses XL and cut for wider shoulders. Plus size pants start at a 16W -- slightly bigger than a 16 Misses and cut for wider legs. Most manufacturers go up to 3X or 4X or size 26W or 28W.
Alot of places are expanding sizes and bending these rules these days. For instance Torrid has plus sizes starting at 0 which is likely a plus cut 14 judging by the way it fits me. Alot of Juniors jeans are going up to a size 17, which is begger waisted but proportionally like a juniors size instead of plus. Junior Plus is kind of hit and miss, sometimes it's cut for wider shoulders sometimes it's not. It's a new concept in fashion and not very consistant.

12 is generally the end of the large spectrum
14+ is "plus size"
stores like Layne Bryant only carry 14 and up.

J.C. Penney's plus sizes are 16W-32W. Here's the sizing guide for them:
http://www3.jcpenney.com/jcp/CustomerServiceMenu.asp?cus=sizing%5Fguidelines
You will see that different companies differ as to their plus sizes. Here's some more sites:
Silhouettes web site:
http://www.silhouettes.com/sizechart.asp
Land's End site says plus sizes are 16W-26W:

Ulla Popken says 12-38:

Plus Sized Bridal says 16-32:

You can go on google.com and type in plus size sizing and you'll get a lot more stores.

length helps, yet does no longer propose the sex will be spectacular if the guy would not understand what he's doing, or imagine it is all he needs. a number of my gal friends instructed me a number of their proper sex is from huge ones, yet there are others that reported medium is the ingredient for them. i have been instructed that men with medium or smaller penis have a tendency to make up for his or her length by being a good performer. Getting a vibrator into action (for the g-spot stimulation even as the guy penetrates) looks to artwork truly properly. i'm a first rate 6" and that i have tried this with 2 of my previous gf and they loved it. Imo, large sex is once you're having relaxing so its under no circumstances undesirable to attempt toys. overall performance > length.
