Now is the time to stick up for your Sister!
Shun him and let him know that your sister and his baby both need him very much right now.
Be careful and never be alone with him so there is not even a hint of impropriety.
Stay or get close with your Sister. Share her excitiment and plan for the baby together. You are getting a niece or nephew.
Take the moral high ground and don't let things get messy, by telling her that it is not apropriate for the two of you to discuss this man with eachother. She will have to turn to friends or others for this. It won't be healthy for you to be hearing about their relationship in too much detail and she certainly doesn't need to be reminded that he has loved you first. You want to keep feelings and communication with her clear and true. Hopefully she and you have come to a comfortable understanding of the situation- of your ex now with your sis and her man having been yours. It might help to not refer to him even in your mind as your ex or your anything but only as Her guy.
I think that it would be best for your sis to not know about the conversation he had with you. Hopefuly with your help- by your apropriate behavior toword him- he will know that you are not available to him anymore now.
His relationship with your sis needs to have its chance. It will either deepen or peeter out and all three of you need to give it its time. The parents and the baby need to start out as as good a unit as possible.
Even if you think he might be the man for you.... NOW IS NOT THE TIME.
It will be best for you and your future relationship with your Sister to support their union. If he is not right for her, she will find this out herself. This is important for you to let her, so you're not a factor in a painful part of her life. This way there will be no hard feelings and no awful guilt.
Regardless, you will do best to grow strong in yourself and build a good life on your own.
I have another thought to be pondered: There was a reason that your relationship with him ended. How do you really feel about a person about to have a baby telling someone else that they love them?? If it was some other guy and some other women, what would you think of it?
He is not behaving in a mature or honorable manner. I would not want to have a "man" that would do that to her, to you, and to his baby.
I hope this helps you in figuring out things. Best wishes to all.

Run like hell! Who needs Mr. Indecisive? He would just make you feel crazy in a short period of time and probably ruin family relationships too. Be smart, girlfriend.
