My vote is going to have to go to Venom. He's strong and tough, heck he gave the Hulk a run for his money. Plus his suit can do lots of things like give him the ability to camoflauge into his surroundings--good for getting the drop on someone. It would be a close one but I think Venom would come out on top.

Oooohhh, good question.
I like them both. But I would have to say the Darkness (Jackie Estacado), and Spawn could take them both out.
