U go at my computer click(or double click), than in the window that appears right click the drive u want (depending how many u have - they're usualy C, and D for example-) and choose properties.There it shows u how much space u have and how much of that space it's used (with files and stuff)

Slow running computer may be more things than that.
On an apple is is displayed on the desktop. Windows look under Mycomputer.
Eliminate .temp files. Defragment your hard drive. This puts the files in order. Get rid of all unneccessary files.
Don't have many apps open at once. Check for spyware and get rid of it. Do a registry tune up.

Double Click on My Computer Icon. This displays the hard drives and floppy. starting from C usually are the harddirves. Rught click on one of the drives and select Properties. This will show you exactly how much space you have used and left.

Go to my computer...right click on C drive and click properties..it will show how much space you have used..then click disk cleanup..chose downloaded program files..view them and remove whatever programs you want...this will create some space in the hard disk..

just go to "My Computer" in your Desktop and right click the Local hard disk/C:\ then click properties. if you do not have my computer click start and select my computer. if you do not have both on Desktop and start, select find on start menu and click find files and folder and type C:\. Click the C:\. click "up" in the upper button and do the first sentence.
