someone told me they help bring oxygen to the blood, is this true?

It's bizarre how people slam natural remedies when almost all pharmaceutical medications are derived from and/or based on them. Lecithin has many uses and is effective in many applications.

Well, any natural food additive or supplement, like lecithin, has a variety of effects. My Steve always said he took lecithin mostly to help digest fats. I assume he meant cholesterol specifically; the saturated fats that can be so bad for you.

Tall claims of manufacturers apart lecithin capsules do about nothing.
