Debs is my fav! It's often hard to find sizes that small, but when i found that store...i loved it. They have awesome,cute clothes and ALWAYS have atleast 5 clearance racks,the store is pretty big too. I live in WI but I've also seen that store in MN and IL, always in a mall, maybe you have one by you.?

old navy...good buy speacially if youre just gonna use it for school. plus, its very inexpensive.
