Depends on what you were trying to say. I would say that it is not gramatically correct.
1. Use "Would" instead of "Could". It's the old joke - of course they can but will they. You are making a request; not asking if they are able.
2. The letter "y" in the word you should not be capitalized. It's the second word of the sentence and is not a proper noun.
3. Unless the last 3 words of the sentence are part of a name that starts with "Project Life Cycle", the last 3 words make no sense and should not be included with the sentence as they are written. Also, once again you started the word you with a capital letter. This is incorrect as I stated in #2.
Were you trying to say something like this:

no. The "you said before" isnt really fitting like that. It could be:
You said, "Could you please send me the documents regarding Project Life Cycle"
although im not sure of exactly what you're trying to say.

Technically, "COULD you..." inquires about the ability to, not willingness...so it should be...
