I am a very busy stylist colorist and my last salon had some pretty sudden changes i really want to reach my clients

You should have asked your buyers address when you had the chance.

sending a bulk mail is SPAM and u will be eyed a spamer!! we all hate SPAM

does your clients come to the place often? get a hold of them!

Put on posters, and in News paper

Earth will improve in tech and you will be able to email whole states, towns etc. or maybe even colonies in other planets and moons..

You really should have gotten your clients names and contact information addresses when you had the chance.

all Unsolicited Commercial Email - or UCE - IS SPAM and it is very bad business practice.

If you have the time, you could try to stand by the salon, and catch your customers as they go in. If you have any friends left in the salon, you can ask them to spread the word to your old clients. Also you might consider passing out flyers, or local paper classifieds or placing an advertisement.

E-Mail a town? As everyone in the town? Only if the town has an e-mail system and everyone in the town has an e-mail account on that system and there is an "everyone" address on the system.

Otherwise, you'll have to become a spammer. Unfortunately, you'll be spamming the globe -- and probably won't reach the ones you want.

Next time, get your customers' details! Sheesh!
