check out childsafenetwork.org -- you have to join but it is free. That's where I check out this type of infomation. I'm not sure what you are askin about "how for back ". But Im pretty sure that anyone that is alive and is registed as a sex offender is on there(they should be). Once you log in you can do a seach by area or by name. Once you click on the person you want It shows you on a map where their last know address is. A pic of them. What the offence was. Date of the offence. Lots of things.
Also I know there are other free sites too -- if you don't like this one do a search. Lots of things will come up. Just not all of them are free.
Good Luck!

On web look under sex offenders registry-you will get a National Registry-and some others. they will go by State and County
Another one is familywatchdog. That is a good one-tells you how many where you live. Also Go to Oprah's Web site and you might find a few more.

It relies upon on the state. maximum states have limits on sex offenders who're on probation or parole. those who've been on the registry for a lengthy time period (California is going decrease back to 1947) aren't from now on restricted because they're already paid their effects. California will vote on Prop. eighty 3, or perhaps however electorate will undertake, criminal demanding circumstances are already being deliberate. Many criminal experts say 2 of the provisions interior the initiative are unconstitutional: GPS for as a lot as 70,000 offenders, and make all sex offenders (104,000) pass 2,000 ft from faculties and parks. it is one aspect for Iowa with 6,000 newborn molesters purely to pass from faculties and parks. it is yet another aspect for a huge state like California with this many offenders (they have that many because they have been registering for 60 years) to pass. The state penal complex branch envisioned the housing prices for parolees by myself is $134 million each and every year. GPS is envisioned to fee tens of millions more effective; enforcement and imprisonment tens of millions more effective. In Georgia, all sex offenders (stages a million-3) aren't from now on allowed to stay a million,000 ft from the position toddlers congregate (a dozen kinds of centers). however it is being challenged, because it has in actuality chased all sex offenders and their households from the state (or will if the U. S. upholds it). it is severe NIMBYism.
