yes. the shops are open because it is a public holiday and everyone is not working. Shops are open to encourage shopppers for purchasing and to increase their sales income. You might catch some sales on national day too!

Yes. Only time of the year which MOST (not all) shops closes in Singapore is during the Chinese New Year.

Yes... All shop are open... The only time when shop closed is during Lunar New Year (which usually occur in the late January or early February)...

Business as usual for all place of interest and service industry (Shopping Mall)...
