Water!
It is worrisome all the people that recommend drugs, like no-doze. That, and coffee, and other such stimulants might give you a jolt, or get you wired for some time, but you will burn yourself out. It's really rough on your body, especially your kidneys. Even if you try these other things, you should ALSO drink a lot of water.
It keeps your body running smoothly, keeps your brain from burning out, and you will have to stay awake if for no other reason than to go pee.
Try an apple, and drink water.
Filtered water is the best!

This has proven to work and you will have to follow the details as I mention or else it won't work. This will benifit for your long-term health as well.
Every night, 1 hour before bed time, consume 2 kiwi fruits. The best will be to get "Golden Kiwis". After doing this for a minimun of 2 weeks, you will definitely see a result!

decaffeinated coffee. what i tried that literally kept me awake for three days was brazilian coffee, without me feeling tired at all. i eventually went to sleep but only cos i hadnt got any. but i tried decaffeinated coffee everyday when i woke up, and it left me feeling not tired and most of all kept me awake. it was good cos i needed it to keep me awake so i could go to tafe, which is like school but voluntarily and where people go after school as an alternative to university.
also, perhaps a good, healthy breakfast should keep you awake.

No-Doze is ok but it is a time releasing pill. if you want something to wake you up quick get "Jet Alert" you can get it from Wal-mart or Family dollar stores. Also I use Rock Star drink or Boo Koo...it depends on what you like.
