Emo means Emotional, there are a lot of emo guys out there, but in the sense you mean are the fad boys, the boys who are now "bi" because thats the style, it's like all the girls now a day being pretty much bi. It's what's acceptable in your social circle. so no, not all "emo" boys are going to be bi or gay. Emo is like calling someone a gangsta because they wear baggy clothes, "emo" guys wear tight jeans and listen to soft rock.
