It all depends where you are masturbating at....in the school locker room you might get caught. If you are in the privacy of your own room and you are doing it twice a day.... good for you. The real question is why are you masturbating twice a day? Do it nice and slow and only do it once, then you will be able to last longer when you are with somebody special.

Masturbation twice a day is fine and perfectly normal for a man to do. Nothing wrong health wise with a man masturbating. It actually good for a man in a few ways. Masturbation reduces stress in a man for one, and a second thing is that it reduces the chances of developing prostate cancer later on in life. All men masturbate in life and it just something fine and normal for a man to do. Just don't do it so often that it interferes with your everyday life and activities.

is it harmful to your penis (or vagina, you didn't actualy specify in this case) most likely not. if you are trying to pull it completely off when you do it, it can cause bruising, ruptured blood vessels, and a whole lot of pain.

the thing you SHOULD be carefull of though is the posibility of carpultunel syndrom, or other repeted stress injuries (RSI). Masturbation can cause a LARGE amount of stress in a short time, and if you comtinue to use it repetativly (typing, video games, or other repeted processes) it will not alow it time to recover, and can cause inflamed tendons and musscles (no idea how to spell)

a good rule, if it hurts, STOP, alternate hands, and give time to rest afterwards. if you MUST have some slappy happy time before you will be working or typing, try to go slow, and use the hand you didn't wack off with for repeted work.

No! categorically NO. You can masturbate all you want you won't hurt a thing but you might get a little raw. Masturbation is actually a good way of controlling your sexual needs when good old sex is not available. It also prevents unwanted pregnancy.

I do not think so. I use to masturbate five times daily in my teen hood and nothing happened. Actually I was awarded with a scholarship in Oxford, so if it had an affection it was a positive one.

I was watching a show called "talk sex", and there was a caller who masturbated 5 times a day, and the host (and elderly woman...who is AMAZINGLY AND PROFESSIONALLY intelligent with this information) said it was still find....no harm whatsoever, 100% guarenteed.

no.. as long as it doesn't interfere with the rest of your life.. it can be a good stress reliever.. but the point you pick to masturbate over going out and spending some time with your friends you might want to think about if the desire to masturbate is overpowering your quality of life..

six times a day is more beneficial.

honestly masturbation is ok, and just does not effect your physical health. mental health may be a problem.

Take two and call it a happy happy good feel day.
Of course not silly, that is like saying sex is bad for our health and have less of it.

it is, at best a substitute for something missing. an increase in this action tends to mean that a person is willing to sit on the sidelines, usually alone and frustrated.
