A good microphone and 100 amp service.

Basically, a microphone, a computer with an audio recording program and a cd burner, and preferably a room with thick walls or a room closer to the center of a building.

you need condenser mics, mixers, eq's, cords and cables, pa system, headphones, wow the list goes on and on.
