the way i trow it by releasing my arm early and trow the ball up into the air and it will us ally hit the bottom strike zone. but in your pitch count if trow 2 fastballs one for a strike then the other close and inside. scare him of the plate then give him a anther fastball strike. with the count 1-2 try the ephus if he is a big barter he will swing and miss.

The eephus pitch IS a changeup, basically a lob with nothing on it. It got the name from Rip Sewell. Lots of pitchers liked to give their favorite pitches nicknames.

no clue but the eephus ball is the nothing pitch made accidently

you lob the ball so it goes upwards and make it go over the plate
its a really slow pitch though

If I remember correctly, the "Eephus" pitch was an overhand lob, much like an underhand slow-pitch delivery in trajectory.

It's simply a lob a kind of overhand slow pitch with height. Rip Sewell was famous for it. Ted Williams hit a homer off Sewell in an allstar game who tried that pitch. Phil Niekro used it from time to time for the Braves.

That's about the best way; trick deliveries can injure your arm, so you want to avoid anything esoteric; you may try experimenting with a knuckle grip and see what happens, but you will lose too much velocity, thus foiling the element of surprise.
