Which inuyasha you refer to? Manga or anime version?
On the anime version there is nothing happend to Koga as well as other character. That why the ending of Inuyasha anime is really suck!
On the manga Koga is still look Naraku for revenge and keep 1 or 2 piece of Shikon no Tama on his foot.

Koga only appears often in some episodes because of his search on the Shards and Naraku!!!!

he still loves kagome till the end of the the movie and oh he almost make kagome fell in love with him coz inuyasha has been gone for a week searching for kikiyo and kagome got attacked by monster and kouga save him oh i love the dog inu but when he search for kikiyo he is not so cute
