I have a 13 year old daughter... and I am in the halloween costume business.. so based on my daughter... and about 50,000 girls costumes and teen halloween costumes sold... I can tell you that some of the most popular halloween costumes this year are

Personally there are many halloween costumes that are great for teen girls... one that may be fun would be a charactor off of the harry potter movies or perhaps a angel costume or even a dark angel costume.
