My cousin last night told me that she went on a date with this guy and afterwards they went back to his house and they slept together during so about 20 minutes into she goes Im tired cus she was and she was in pain but he goes but i want more sex and kept going.She came back home barely even able to work.She said it was a big mistake and she didnt enjoy it .she says she feels like shes been raped is it!

Thing like this are frequently classified as date rape. She wasn't forced, but she was not happy and comfortable with it either. She will have almost no luck pressing charges unless she changes her story and perjurers herself. Then she'll face jail time herself.
1. He wasn't sensitive to her feelings.
2. He's so obviously bad in bed that he can't keep a woman happy once she's there.
3. If she was hurting, then he was majorly doing something wrong, like she dried up from lack of stimulation and desire!
4. Guys can't be expected to be perfect, so telling them to stop in the middle is asking a little much unless it's a long term relationship.
5. She led him to believe that she was ready and willing, then changed her mind half way through.
Conclusion? The guy's a jerk and she needs to rethink her dating strategy.

When a girl says the words NO and they do it anyway its rape! if its a stranger who forces her into sex its rape! Anytime a girl does not want too its rape! This would be a little touchy though cuz its her boyfriend and she went willingly and had sex with him! He just wanted to make it longer! IT WAS WRONG of him to continue even though she was already happy! he should have respected her wishes! But I dont think I would be able to call it Rape without hesitation!

Personally, I think it's a kind of rape, but no one else will believe it. The guy she was with is obviosly not worth staying with and he seems like a jerk. I'm sorry that happened to her, but she should've been more careful. This is a mistake she can learn from. I think the best thing you can do is be there for her. I hope everything works out for you.

i dont know but rape is forced sex..if a persn says no then thats rape and if its a minor like an 20 year old having sex with a 16 year old...even i they both agree it can still be classified as rape...i think

No i dont constitute this as rape, simply because she was perfectly fine with the situation when it began, its not cool to start somthing u cant finish, now it would be rape if she told him to stop and made it perfectly clear that she was threw with it, but by what u told me it seems like she just got lazy on him and he just got to into it.

no she wanted it. this is how so many guys get charged unrightfully. if u dont wana have sex dont start it duh. rape is when u didnt want it and it was forced on u. ur cusin went to the guys house and spred her legs. she let the guy insert his thingy into her box. she wanted it. if u chage ur mind thats on u. u cant go and get a guy put in jail just cuz u change ur mind. once u get started its hard to stop. it would hurt the guy if he didnt blow. he would get blue ballz. so just drop the rape thing she went into his house. i only go into a friends house like that if i want it

Rape is forced sex. That was not forced alothough she should have punched his face in for not letting her leave. Maybe she can press charges but I don't think so.
