Talk to the guy. IF you actually just bite the bullet and speak to him, then I am sure he will notice you. Also use a bit of tact, but be direct. Don't beat around the bush and make friends and go for coffee and think that it is a date... IF YOU WANT A DATE, ASK FOR A DATE. Main thing here is TALK to him... don't play games.

There are many ways. You could simply talk to him. thats the most direct approach. Or smile when he happens to see you. Make some kinda comotion, so that he looks over. Wear something reavealing or somekind of clothes to make him look at you. LOL Flash him. :P that will get his attention.

Well, depends. If you're shy, like me, try sayin' hi to him. Say it everyday. If you are really sure about this guy, then try making a simple conversation with him. Let him know you exsist and let him know your personality. Maybe this'll help you, and I hope it does.

Don't act like you like him. Join something he does, like a part time job at the cafe he works at? Go up to him and just talk... and then ask for his number.
