They are also popular among adults which allows for the presence of an erotic market although these erotic graphic novels are certainly not as popular as regular pornography.
Hentai means perverted. Manga is a comic or graphic novel.

Hentai manga, refer to any adult-themed comic books. When referring to H manga, it is usually understood that the speaker is referring to products produced in Japan, however H manga can be also used when referring to adult-themed comic books imitating the Japanese style of art, anime.
