for a 13 yr old... just a lil above the knees... perverted if its higher... if ur old enouf to work at hollister abercrombie.. A&F.. then u can wear short skirts.. :)

I say to the knees. Any higher and she's just asking to be teased for dressing slutty or chased by boys because she's hot. Very often when an adult sees anyone young with a really short skirt, there's always a comment which can be "she shouldn't be wearing that" or "hmm, i'd like to see what's up her skirt."

Trousers, Jeans, Shorts...anything other than skirts for a girl that age! Girls always have their makeup etc done so they tend to look older which in a short skirt or a knee length skirt, makes them a prime target for the perverts out in every city!

I find ankle length skirts very pretty on a girl (maybe not a 13-year-old, but you get the idea) - perhaps you should start there then work your way up to your taste - you'd be surprised what leaving a little to the imagination can do!

Depends, professionally - knee-length or below the knee.
Professionally trying to pick up a guy, as short as possible!! Oh yeah, make sure you have beautiful legs that go for miles too.

It depends on what kind of vibe the girl wants to send to other people. Girls with longer skirts are usually seen as modest and girls with really short skirts are seen as promiscuous (slutty).
However, if the girl doesn't care about what others think, she should do whatever she wants.

Definitely higher! At least mid thigh! That's how I where mine! It's not dress code so it's nice cute simple and not that short! Show off the young legs you got now because when you get older, you'll wish u did!

depends on the occasion, if you're going to church or something, definately below the knees, but if you're at a party and want to look hot, wear like an inch or two above the knees.

Knee length or just SLIGHTLY above. Too much leg infers to most people you are a "slut." Or that you will put out. Plus it doesn't seem like it would be comfortable to show a little ***. I am 5'3" 125 lbs only, but still... gotta respect your goods girl.
