Sorry, but I'll check in with five off the top of my head:
Duck Soup - The Marx Brothers
The Court Jester - Danny Kaye
Monty Python and the Holy Grail - 'nuff said
Waiting For Guffman - my fave of the mock-umentaries
Dirty Rotten Scoundrls - a personal fave with Steve Martin and Michael Caine

"The Odd Couple" with Jack Lemon and Walter Mathau
Neil Simon wrote the Broadway play for Mathau and he reworked the script for the movie. What an ensemble cast! This film should be required for all students of acting for a lesson in timing. The whole film works like a well tuned watch. Best of all it is hilarious. If you can watch this movie without laughing outloud, you aren't alive.

I don't know, but I started to laugh out loud just thinking about it.
Thank you!
I know it is ancient, and B&W, but
Mr Blandings Builds his Dream House (1948)
Starring Cary Grant, Myrna Loy, Melvyn Douglas
and Monty Python's The Meaning of Life (1983)
