it would probably work but i enjoyed eating the cereal too much and it was too hard to stick to the small portions!

It probably works if you follow the instructions. Look at how much a serving is. It's probably a cup or a half a cup of the cereal. If the diet is to have a serving at breakfast and a serving at lunch with milk and then a meal for dinner then this diet is seriously cutting your calories.

i have never tried it but i still wouldnt suggest it because it isnt a balanced meal and it is mainly carbs. If you are trying to lose fat try a high protien diet and dont eliminate the carbs but do limit them for every 9 grams of protien you should eat 7 grams of carbs this is a balanced diet and combined with exercise it could do wonders, it works for me.

yes it does work I've tried it & I lost about 10 pounds!! I like their red berry & vanilla almond cereals they're really good
