I understand your question.I know you where not being too judge mental just stating that these people have ugly personalities.And yes they do feel intimidated by anyone,they have an inferiority complex.This is the only way they know how to act.If you get the chance become friends with them and let them know that they are not bothering you.If they think they are they will continue.Get it,Got it,GOOD!!PEACE AND LOVE!!!

Why make fun of people? You probably aren't all that either! People are people and deserve respect. Why do external appearances mean so much to so many? We live in a very shallow world!
