Some of these answers are close to being right, notice I said close. They are the ones telling you to put on big boy pants.
You didn't say whether you wear cloth or disposable but I'm it works either way really. If you wear cloth you should have a pair of plastic pants over the diaper. In that case you put on a size smaller plastic pants which should fit tighter over the diaper then you put on a smaller pair of big boy briefs, the combination of the two will keep a cloth diaper from sagging.
If you are wearing a disposable then you probably aren't wearing plastic pants, if you are, even better and the same rule applies. You just put on a smaller pair of big boy briefs over the disposable and pull them up tight, they should help keep that disposable from sagging. It's the best way I've found that doesn't cost anything and does a fairly good job at the same time.

I guess that depends on why is it sagging. Is your diaper that wet Well then You need a new one. It is amazing that if it is sagging that it's hadn't leaked yet. You should put on rubber underware over it to hold it in place better and to stop any leaks for getting on any thing else if you chose to wear the diaper till it saggs.

Well if i were you, You know..wasting five points as a joke and seeing how many people get mad at you for being "stupid" i would pull up my diaper..and keeping asking crazy questions :)
