i think its the fire ant - in south Africa we got these huge black ones ( 3cm long ) that we call " ball biters " LOL

There is an ant called the bullet ant because its sting is said to be like the pain of being shot by a bullet. It is so dangerous that they keep a nest of them far underground to prevent them from escaping and spreading like fire ants did. No joking, it is a big and nasty ant.

most dangerous are the bullet ants.most poisonous would be ants that crawled around a pile of dog poo and continued crawling towards a human's sandwich or other food that's laying around unattended.their ant legs carry e-coli bacteria amongst other revolting germs that easily spread and that could make someone very sick.
