Ok so im going to tell you my symptoms and hopefully you can tell me what this could POSSIBLY be.

For about the past month I have felt like i've needed to pee but i couldnt. This only happened a random maybe twice a week. but now it seems to have gotten worse to happening once or twice daily. When i'd go try to pee only a few drops would come out and at the end of it, my "down there" would hurt. [Kind of like when your in the middle of peeing and u cut it off real fast.] and now this whole situation has done a whole turn around. Earlier i was washing dishes and SUDDENLY i felt like i was about to pee all over myself so i ran to the bathroom trying to hold it and i actually started to pee on myself. What could this be?

You need to go to a doc asap.
Without a proper diagnoses with tests, it's difficult to tell you what's going on with your body. This is not the place to take care of your symptoms. What are you waiting for?
FYI: urgency to pee & pain when stopping stream of urine are classic UTI infection but I would be guessing.

Your problem could just be from a minor issue with food habit, or urinary tract infection to something very serious deep in side. You need to visit your doctor.

What is your age? What's your food habit? Do you get fever very often? How much of water you have a day? Do you have high blood pressure? Do you feel having generalized swelling on your body?

After having addressed these basic questions alone someone can suggest you some thing. More detailed questions would follow. This problem is not some thing that you can get answer in this kind of forum.

My answer to you is to go consult a doctor.

I'm not a medical professional or anything, and not many people hanging out on Yahoo know much about medical issues. Your best bet is to GO TO A DOCTOR. Doctors are there to help so trust one and go in for an exam. They'll just talk to you, and maybe run some tests. You'll be better off talking to a doctor than to random people online.

If it is a bladder infection and you have had it for about a month, then you really need to get treated. It could turn into a kidney infection if it hasn't already and cause some serious complications.

It sound like you have a UTI urinary tract infection. If you feel that it hurts down there then you should really see a doctor. They can give you medicine for that.Do you feel any burning?See any discharge or itching?Does it have a foul odor? You have to ask yourself these questions and tell your doctor if are experiencing this.Without being treated thats no good and why suffer.Good luck and make an appt ASAP

Don't fool around with this- you need to see a medical doctor to diagnose you and see if everything inside is okay. There are different medical conditions that may show these symptoms. It could be a bladder issue, stress, or many other things. Please don't be embarrassed, this happens to a good deal of people, you are not alone. Good luck. Doc

most likely a bladder infection.

Bladder infections should not be treated lightly! They almost always lead to kidney infections, if left untreated. And take it from someone who has had a kidney infection, this is a big deal. Kidney failure/damage is irreversable, so you need to get a bladder infection looked at right away...

A UTI maybe? Urinary Tract Infection. That's the only thing coming to mind. Of course you need to see a doctor.
