I actually liked Jess as a great source of teenaged angst on the show. Unfortunatly the actor that plays him and Alexis Bledel have broken up in real life. The chances of him coming back are pretty slim I'm afraid. Shame too, he was the least annoying bf that Rory had. Couldn't stand Dean and I was hoping for the winner in Cliff vs Logan to be the cliff.

In a recent interview, Milo Ventimiglia (the guy who plays Jess Mariano) says that he won't be coming back. He believe sthe Jess storyline is dead and he has believed that for a while, but he kept coming back because Amy and Dan kept telling him they had cool stuff for him to do. He doesn't care how big a Jess fan or Milo fan Dave Rosenthal is (Dave Rosenthal is the new writer) Milo said he wouldn't be coming back to do Jess anymore.
I'll sign the petition since he did help Rory realize she needed to go back to Yale.

Well, I don't watch the show. I might have seen it once at a friends house. However, it probably doesn't matter much to the show. They are making enough money as it is, I doubt a petition will "bring back Jess".

Milo said he would never come back unless they killed Jess...which they basically did in the last episode he appeared in. He and Rory got closure. I'll sign it but that wont make the actor want to come back.
