R u serious? Ur lucky cuz u have a fast metabolism! many girls want that!metabolism is like how fast ur body digests ur food. Ur body digests ur food really fast that u tend to get hungry really easy. u eat a lot, but they don't affect ur weight! I wish i have fast metabolism. :(
Well, u should enjoy having it cuz when u get older, ur metabolism slows down.

Well, i read that if u miss meals such as breakfast, then ur body metabolism will slow down because it's not digesting anything. Then u gain pounds when u make up ur meals. So try to do it if u think it will work.

The reason is probably ur parents r slim, so u become slim like them. genectics, my friend. My friends are skinny too because of their parents too and they eat a lot of ice cream and never get fatter! while, I carefully read the nutrition labels everytime.

There are several kind of 'weight' in your body:
1. Fluids, mainly water. You can increase fluid weight by slightly increasing your salt intake.
2. Fats, mainly stored under the skin. The body maintains a set weight based on nutrition and metabolism. If you change - over a long term - what you eat, your body will readjust the fat ratio up or down. You have to change your eating habits. That is, when, what and how often you eat. But it has to change permanently. If you go back to your old eating habits, your body will change back accordingly.
3. Muscle mass, mainly in the upper legs and arms, but also in the buttocks, back and chest. Muscle mass is related to the work you do physically. to increase muscle mass you have to do more work. Use the muscles you want to add mass to and they will get bigger. Lifting weights or using a resistance machines will work. Running is not good at this. Running is good for cardiovascular health, not building mass in leg muscles.
4. Bone mass, mostly in arms and legs. Bone mass is related to work. To build bone mass you have to lift weights and increase your calcium nutrition. Stress machines such as bowflex will also do this.

If you have a high metabolism you should increase your workload to drive up your body's need for nutrition. Are you strong or weak? Are you slim or skinny? Try working your muscles to sculpt the kind of body you want.

;-D You don't have to be a body builder to build a beautiful body!

Maybe you are not eatting the right combinations of food or exercising properly. Take a look at the website I provided below. Sure it looks like it's for body builders but it has some really good information!

Also, put your food information into www.fitday.com and your daily activities and see how many calories you are burning.

You may need to go to the doctor and ask them to check your blood. You might have hyper thyroidism.

It's probably just your genes. Is your mom or dad really skinny? I have a cousin that eats all everything that gets in his way and he is 14 and still weighs 90 pounds. I really wouldn't worry about it. At least your not fat.
