When time is running way too quickly, and the History Monks running the Procrastinators need to dump some quickly, they usually pump into the deep ocean where it won't really muck things up too much.
Sometimes you'll get the odd coelacanth or something showing up, but in general the stuff down there doesn't really notice the effects.
So there are huge reserves of untapped time in the depths of the ocean just waiting to be captured and marketed by an enterprising multi-national. Can you imagine what a harried executive will pay for an hour of undiluted time? It'll make oil money look like chump change.

1) You could travel at a substantial percentage of the speed of light and you would age less.
2) Stay in motion. Time does not exist without motion so in order to save "Time" in general we need motion!

Some of the day-to-day regular things to do, and their timings plus the sleeping or the resting time gives you the spare available to you. These have to be identified for morning, evening hours and a plan for utility of the same will help in optimum utilisation of your time.
