can you please help
im trying to get my boobs to grow im 13 and the smallest of my family and they make fun of me and a need a a way to make them grow
please help me i can tuse a pill or cream or segury ( not that i want to they should b natural )
if you can help me then please do this is getting really annoying they make fun of me every chance they get

i have tried rubbing

i dont want surgery not ever when im old enough

Oh sweetheart! Unfortunatelyu there is NO magic pill or cream that will help your boobs grow! You are only 13 and you are not even close to being fully developed yet! i dont think i had boobs until the summer I was 16!!!! Woke up one morning and TADA THERE THEY WERE! lol They will get bigger as you grow - maybe not huge but you will develope them! Love yourself for YOU! Tell them to bite your butt!

You shouldn't worry about such things. You are still young, your breasts are still growing.

Otherwise, there are some benifits to having a small chest. You can get away with not wearing a bra all the time, you will not have to worry about "sagging", and if you want to look bigger, all you have to do is buy a padded underwire bra.

Having big breasts is not always a joy. Ask someone who has them and you might hear complaints of back aches. Some women have problems finding a good bra that supports their breasts without having super thick straps that cut into their shoulders. Some of my more well endowed friends complain because they can't wear those "pretty dainty" bras that other smaller women wear.

Don't grow up faster then you need to. It's a tough world out there. But if you really want to make your boobs look bigger, don't mess with your body by taking pills and stuff, buy a padded bra or stuff your bra with kleenex. But come one you're 13, in a few years you'll have hips and boobs so enjoy the time you have when you don't have to try on a million pairs of jeans to find one pair that fits you.

This may sound old fashioned but sometimes that's the best way. Try good nutrition and exercise your body is going to develop the way it will. I will tell you being big busted is not all it is cracked up to be. I am and have had trouble with my back for years and gravity is not kind on busty girls. I would not make any permanent changes to your body until your late 20s or early 30s it takes that long to figure out just who you are. I know that sounds like an eternity but just enjoy not having all that bobbling up and down. Good Luck Honey

You are 13! They will grow. trust me. When I was 13, I was the smallest of my family too. I was soo flat chested. Then I got my period and started puberty. All of a sudden I was a 34 B. By the time I was in high school I was in a D cup. Everybody thought I stuffed. It was humiliating. Wait they will develop, you may end up very curvy. But if you try to rush it you may look un-natural.

sweets your only 13 and still have a lot of growing and developing to do if your boobs are going to be larger then it will happen. try not to worry you are who are you are not the people that are laughing at you. learn to laugh with them. If they see that by them laughing at you is upsetting you then they will do it more. just be happy who you are. the size of boobs are not what they are cracked up. Think about the things you will be able to wear how less expensive bras will be for you. Just have a look in the bra department and have a look at larger size bras and how much ugly they are and expensive they are. Then cheek out smaller size bras and see how much pretty and less expensive they are. And also your body or boobs are still growing.

Unfortunately theres nothing you can do to make your boobs grow. I suggest if you want to improove the look of your breasts, I recommend Victoria Secret. The bras are a little more expensive but for good reason. They can give you fabulously looking boobs. I know! Anyway give your breasts time to grow, before you know it youll be begging to have the little bit you have now back when your my age and your children have sucked the life out of them.

give them time and if they turn out to be smallish so what? i have experience with an annoying family that likes to make rude comments, please dont let them get to you. if they say anything give them a strange look like your confused then smile and nod along like they are crazy (very patronizing). or just act like they gave you a compliment and say something like "yeah Im really lucky" (trust me nothing is better than too much) act really happy and confident. if someone is being particularily rude say "maybe they are small but they are better than yours" of course you can choose to completely ignore their teasing and turn your back or become busy doing something or talking to someone else. if you do decide to use a pill or cream or surgery do it for yourself, NOBODY else!

There's nothing you can take. I was the same way, got mine at about 16.

If they are female family members teasing you, tell them, "at least when I'm 60, they won't be sagging to my knees".

And if they are male family members ask them "what the hell are you looking at my chest for?" add "pervert" if you'd like. This may scare them so that they'll leave you alone!
