Since you state the question is for men concerning women, the question alludes to beauty or sexuality.
In whatever context, my answer would be the same. I have no preference in women based on an ethnic group, culture, social status, religion or race. My preference is based on the individual woman. Why would one want to limit the possibilities for a beautiful relationship because of race, color, religion and such?
I have met quite a few women from different parts of the world and I would say from my own experience that it depends on the individual person, nothing else.
